When we succeed, our customers grow. WEEK BY WEEK During your first week, you will: Onboard with our team. Start learning our product inside out and backwards. Develop an understanding of our key customer personas. Read our favorite industry primers. Build an understanding of our customers and go-to-market motion. During your first six weeks you will: Embed with key GTM stakeholders.
Develop a detailed understanding of the MT platform. Go deep on our messaging, positioning and pricing. Dive into our customers - shadow customer calls with our sales and bank partnerships teams, listen to calls, and get to know them. During your first six months, you will: Be well on your way, executing our GTM roadmap in partnership with product with established metrics and goals. Be the voice of our customers and the market. Know them, their stories, and most importantly, how our products can be bundled and sold together to drive the most value for them. Identify gaps in team and the structure needed and where we may need additional PM support.
Become an MT Platform Champion. Be our platforms evangelist, internally and externally, ensuring universal understanding. REQUIREMENTS Previous people management experience in a product marketing role for an enterprise Saa S business. At least 8 to 10 years of experience in go-to-market functions. Proven track record of building and executing GTM strategy and driving launches of new products. The ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate these into compelling, commercial, customer focussed communications. Data driven, measured and results focussed.
