Marketing Coordinator, Product Manager, and VP of Marketing to complete assigned projects and to present their work The ideal candidate will embody passion, energy, creativity, and tenacity in accomplishing the objectives and responsibilities as listed below.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/ASSIGNED PROJECTS Prepare CRM (Pipe Drive) for future email campaigns. Establish physical addresses, validate the Bio Dot domain(s), confirm opt-in status for accounts/contacts with missing information. Ensure campaign is set up to measure performance. Work with the Marketing Coordinator to design and execute an e-mail campaign to establish opt-in status for all contacts within our CRM. Ensure campaign is

Establish marketing filters in the CRM for future email campaigns Establish/validate a current list of targets within our CRM for the End of Life/End of Service (EOL/EOS) program Work with the Marketing Coordinator to design and execute an e-mail campaign to support our EOL/EOS program.

Ensure campaign is set up to measure performance. Analyze performance metrics from the above campaigns, propose changes for follow-up campaigns Choose a product line of interest (Lateral Flow, Lyo Bead, Aspirate and Dispense, Rainmaker, Cell Writer). Learn the key aspects of the product offering, the application that we serve, the competitive landscape, and target customer

profiles (customer type, geographic mix, needs). Assist the Product Manager with ongoing initiatives in this product line.

QUALIFICATIONS Education: Completed (or working towards) Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience in marketing management Skills: Superior written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent analytical, time and project management/execution, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to work in unstructured environment and manage complex situations and multiple priorities with positive outcomes Excellent computer skills with strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, Access) proficiency Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Graphic Design equivalent 1-2 years Google Analytics preferred.
