are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us educate users on how to get the most out of Okteto and to improve our processes.
You will be the first product marketing hire and will be responsible for GTM launch process, ensuring organizational readiness, supporting sales enablement efforts, and managing projects for key deliverables.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Create a repeatable process for a product launch that includes all go-to-market and organizational readiness activities and deliverables Project manage launches to ensure all systems are “go” and then monitor impact Collaborate with teams to create compelling sales and marketing collateral as well as messaging and
internal/external communications to drive adoption/conversion Fully own the planning and execution of product marketing projects to support key Okteto partnerships and integrations Write and/or coordinate the production of written and video content explaining the joint Okteto + partner value proposition Partner with the product management team to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages Collaborate with sales enablement team to help create training materials, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning Identify and support industry third-party events A GOOD FIT: You are comfortable with async communication and working with
a remote team across multiple timezones.
You have experience working on GTM for developer tooling.

You are a polished content builder. You are a strong public communicator and are comfortable being a company representative for things such as customer meetings, hosting webinars and public conversations, creating video content, etc. NICE TO HAVE: Video production and editing skills.
