working hours for this role align with our core collaboration window, spanning from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm Pacific Time. However, occasional attendance at client and networking events outside of these hours may be necessary.
Role Responsibilities: As a Field Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the Vouch sales team by generating demand and interest in our products and services within the early and growth-stage tech company community. Youll collaborate closely with our demand generation, product marketing, brand, and partnerships teams to ensure that Vouch has a strong presence and is actively engaged in meaningful conversations within key industry ecosystems. The

Job Duties: Create and execute on campaign plans that contribute to pipeline goals for Horizon and our Partnership teams Work closely with sales to set calendars and create field marketing touchpoints with target clients Own marketing campaign process from promotions to follow-ups Manage deliverables and track progress to ensure projects are delivered on time Secure and coordinate communications with conferences, venues, speakers, partners, and SMEs Represent marketing in internal pipeline reviews, speaking to progress, upcoming activities, and new proposals Report on campaign results and key insights/learnings About you: 3+ years of field marketing experience Experience with CMS and other sales/marketing platforms (SFDC, Hubspot, etc.
) Proficient with top social media platforms (Twitter & Linked In) Extremely well-organized and proactive Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with and a genuine enthusiasm for early-stage startups and/or high-growth environments is needed.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks.
