The Opportunity As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for DC Mobile – Reader & Scan acquisition initiatives,
messaging based on target customer segments, and reporting on acquisition initiatives. We are a group who values data and creative problem solving equally, continuously seeking the best of left and right brain approaches.
In this role, you will drive business outcomes for DC Mobile with focus on building innovative programs, actionable tests, experiments, and relevant customer experiences to drive user acquisition. You will partner with team members: Mobile Core and PLG product managers, ASO, Campaign, GTM Analytics, Finance and Engineering leads to develop DC Mobile performance strategy to grow our active user base and drive annual recurring revenue (ARR). In addition, you will collaborate
on broader cross-functional campaigns, experiments, and efficiency measurement with Campaign Marketing, GTM Analytics, Business Unit, and Web teams.
What you will do: Own business performance and targets, speaking expertly on drivers of over/under performance. Build business cases for initiatives, complete with impact sizing, assumptions, risks, benefits, and a measurement plan. Develop a deep understanding of customers, competitors, and the market to influence product roadmap and marketing strategies. Be the expert on what drives customer lifetime value and provide mentorship to cross-functional partners on opportunities to improve customer experience.
Cross-team teamwork: work with data, finance, product, strategy, and campaign marketing to provide input on top acquisition priorities. Collaborate with the Analytics teams to recommend, design, and execute experiments and uncover new ways to increase acquisition and engagement. Collaborate with product-led growth team on A/B testing price and key retention flows. Bring together weekly RTB, QRF and Annual Operating plan commentaries based on key initiatives tracked. What You Need to Succeed MBA or BA/BS degree with 6+ years in Mobile product and performance marketing. Robust analytical skills - the ability to digest large amounts of data, identify trends, pursue the most important questions, and act with data insights.
Mobile Acquisition experience a must. Data driven decision maker, and always thinking of the customer experience and impact behind the data. Customer-centric approach and a desire to build positive experiences for our customers. Creative problem solver who can balance the quantitative and the qualitative insights. A storyteller - someone who can transform complex data insights into a story. Know how to prioritize and balance low vs. high effort initiatives based on impact sizing, available resources, and timing.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U. S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U. S. pay range for this positionis $106,300 -- $235,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
