an experienced product and NLP team from places like Google, Microsoft, Amazon Alexa, and Facebook. And now, we’re looking to hire our first marketing leader, who will be heavily involved in building and leading the entire GTM of the company.
Role and responsibilities You will have complete ownership in: Growing and optimizing the entire marketing function Customer and market research, planning and executing marketing campaigns, social media and community engagement, events and webinars, PR and product launches, channel partnerships, branding, and SEOAnd you’ll have a significant say in product prioritization and overall company strategy. You are a great fit if you have: 3+ years of hands-on
marketing experience in a B2B role Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysiinteractionperience scaling a company from product-market fit to $5m+ in ARRExperience hiring an exceptional team once we start scaling the marketing function Experience in achieving results in an early-stage sub-20 headcount environment This role is best suited if you: Are excited about the prospect of creating a new category, especially one that’s at the cutting edge of AI technology Can rally a team around and have a knack for helping them outperform by effectively motivating, mentoring, and supporting them Are a self-starter and are self-managing, with an internal drive and curiosity Are analytical and organized - you make decisions based on a healthy mix of intuition, data, and experimentation.
Are hungry and ambitious?Preferred, but not required: are based near or around the SF Bay Area and want to work from our office in downtown SF for a few days every month. In-person collaboration can be a huge unlock for this role, especially during the early days.
