strategy and lead generation. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer & Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As the Visual Designer & Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling and engaging content across various digital and print platforms.
Your primary focus will be to create visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity, studio culture and effectively communicate our messages to our target audiences. Measures of Success Successful brand and marketing strategies are executed by this position with input from the Marketing Director. Brand and messaging are well defined and executed for the Studio SIX5 brands
and cohesive and consistent across all mediums and channels. Communications on behalf of the studio are clear, consistent, and in line with brand standards and mission.
Global thinker who acts proactively to ensure success. Creative graphic solutions are well received by clients, internally and externally. The ability to juggle and wear multiple hats is essential. Must meet deadlines consistently. Duties/Responsibilities Branding Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand by creating innovative and on-brand visual elements. Build global, vertical and product specific brand campaigns. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints.
Serve as brand ambassador to ensure branding across the studio, with partners and vendors to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
Graphic Design Develop and maintain a cohesive, consistent and compelling visual identity that aligns with the brand guidelines and studio culture. Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media. Create and build templates for presentations, emails, newsletters, etc. Collaborate with Marketing Director on concepts and visual solutions to meet business and marketing objectives. Content Creation Generate creative and original content for digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Produce multimedia content, such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations. Ensure that content effectively communicates key messages and aligns with the overall brand strategy. Assist with the posting of content across digital channels and platforms. User Experience (UX) Design Incorporate user-centered design principles to enhance the overall user experience in digital interfaces. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve design solutions. Collaboration Work closely with marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with writers, photographers, and other creatives to integrate various media into cohesive designs. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives and project goals. Stay Updated on Industry Trends Proactively stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team. Analyze competitor visuals and content strategies to identify opportunities. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proficiency in graphic design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design); and Canva.
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word and Power Point. Experience with Word Press or similar platforms. Experience with email marketing platforms i. e. Dynamics, Marketo, etc. Strong understanding of branding principles and design aesthetics. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment. Ability to follow brand guidelines and art direction. Ability to receive constructive feedback. Meticulous attention to detail. Strong critical thinking skills.
Proactive approach to work. Strong proofing and editing skills. Familiarity with UX design principles and tools a plus. Experience / Education Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a visual designer or content creator with at least three to five years of experience. Strong digital portfolio required showcasing a range of design projects. Complexities and Conditions of Employment This position handles and maintains proprietary highly confidential IT property and company information. The utmost care must be taken to assure confidential information and documents are always secure.
This position requires 10% travel nationwide. This position does require occasional nights, weekends, holidays, and after-hours availability. This position requires a current and valid driver's license.
