Adara is seeking a highly qualified Multi-Family Marketing Manager who has prior multi living experience, and will be responsible for planning, strategizing, initiating, and executing all advertising, marketing, lead generation and promotional opportunities for our portfolio of over 50+ properties.
Our ideal candidate is creative, well-rounded, detail oriented, analytical, and a natural storyteller. Responsibilities of the Multi-Family Marketing Manager:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across multiple properties, driving lead generation, traffic, and lease conversions. Craft engaging narratives and campaigns that resonate with target audiences, leveraging digital marketing, social media, and traditional channels.
Oversee content creation, including website copy, brochures, newsletters, and resident communications, ensuring brand consistency and resident relevance. Analyze marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven optimizations for maximum impact. Partner with property teams, leasing agents, and other departments to ensure seamless resident journey and brand alignment. Manage marketing budgets
effectively, maximizing ROI and demonstrating the value of your initiatives.
