This position also includes supporting the recruitment of talented workers from a variety of sources as required. Responsibilities: Research, develop, and execute innovative and strategic marketing campaign to strengthen brand recognition. Work collaboratively with the sales team with all marketing efforts. Create and manage marketing programs to include extensive and in-depth use of social media,
e-blasts, direct marketing, both digital and print, email campaign list management and tracking. Schedule and coordinate trade show events. Act as website / social media platform administrator; updating and redesigning as necessary.
Support HR by creating and running ads to identify qualified candidates and source channels to identify potential candidates. Research new emerging marketing trends and prepare trend analysis. May be asked to perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: 5+ years marketing and recruiting experience Marketing degree required Previous experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns required Proficient in graphic design Strong digital marketing experience
