Collaborates with external consulting groups and SMEs on internal practices and organizational opportunities. Develops and updates procedures and documents as needed. Collaborates with all functional areas, employees, and managers to understand compliance issues and answer questions. Maintains records according to certification standards. Conduct periodic backssments
to ensure site compliance with certifications. Superior facilitation, presentation and communication skills are required.
