Manager ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors ventilation and watering of birds; oversees beak trimming and bird vaccinating crews, and any other duties that may be assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises employees involved with the layers.

This position will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, dispatching work; addressing complaints, and resolving problems. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE A Bachelor's degree (B. A. /B. S. ) from a four-year college or a university and at least three years of experience are required for this position. LANGUAGE SKILLS The employee must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS The employee must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. The employee must be able

to complete rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY The employee must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. The employee must also be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS valid driver's license is required for this position.
