this role, you will lead a talented team in manufacturing cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies while attaining operational, administrative, and financial performance goals for your location. To be excel at this job you will have at least 10 years successful wire harness assembly manufacturing experience along with a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) along with sales, financial and operational responsibilities or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Your people skills will be phenomenal and you will be skilled in bringing out the best in your team. You will work well under pressure, and shift quickly between big picture and crucial details making
