accuracy of shipments. Coordinate all shipping with freight companies. Verify that all parts go out the same day as requested. Determine the most economical and efficient carrier to deliver parts across the U. S. Record and maintains all new part numbers. Ensure stock in appropriate bins.
Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of bins. Assist with claim processing paper work. In cases of damaged shipments, make correct notations for claim processing. Print all special order postcards and labels. Perform copying, collating, and stapling of mailing materials. Assist in completion of yearly inventory. Pull parts. Deliver parts to techs and wholesale customers. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Detailed clerical, inventory, and shipping/receiving experience. Prior shipping and receiving experience preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Colorado driver's license and ability to qualify as insurable according to company standards. Job Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Automotive parts knowledge preferred. Ability to perform accurate and detailed work. Knowledge of shipping rules and regulations. Knowledge of efficient ways of shipping.
