Lead 2-man install crew. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Pass background check & Drug Screen Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment 3 + years HVAC installation experience
EPA Universal certificate Proficient at residential and light commercial functional design and installations Equipment start up and basic troubleshooting techniques Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams Ability to read and follow blueprints and diagrams Able to run, braze, and test line sets Able to run and test gas piping Correctly size, install, insulate, and seal ductwork Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes Advanced Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings and ability to comply with all safety rules Experience training helpers & supporting install teams Excellent customer relation skills and open mind to think outside the box Willingness to invest time in training and classes Well organized and ability to work independently and as a team Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Have or be able to obtain and maintain NATE certification Provide own hand tools Desired Qualifications: Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School NATE Certifications Possess tools needed lead installer, install jobs, hvac install, journeyman installer
