Develop a clear set of KPIs and targets to monitor and improve production, service and inventory performance using ABC SKU categorization.
Monitor KPIs and ensure data is communicated in a timely and accurate manner. Provide robust service reporting, root cause analysis and forward actions to achieve service goals. Communicate effectively with suppliers on all production and supply needs including issuing purchase orders, addressing short-term and long-term timelines, and future capacity needs.
Conduct ABC analysis, create and maintain Excel models, and utilize planning software to coordinate on supply plans. Communicate constantly with various cross-functional teams, ranging from Sales, Quality, Finance, Sourcing, Distribution, and many other departments.
Communicate with international partners on material, demand, and logistic constraints to mitigate OOS risk. Carry out analytical projects while also being able to present these findings effectively to the internal stakeholders. Build out reporting dashboard to further track our defined metrics within the department. Utilize Tableau, Python, Blue Yonder, SAP S4 HANA, and G-suite. Salary: $91,600 - $137,400 / year. Requires
