Every member of our production team is a key contributor to the process of making manufactured housing by focusing on maintaining the highest quality, safe work behaviors, solid teamwork, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes. By accurately reading a tape measure, blueprints, and orders, you are able to safely and expertly use hand tools, air
tools, and electrical tools to perform quality work. You keep your work area clean and well-maintained so that when there is a problem, you can easily report equipment faults to the maintenance staff.
