  • Location: Denver City, TX

Office Suite specific to Excel and Word and SAP functions/reporting. Will also include cost analysis/schedule reporting, monthly accrual, full analysis scheduling, baselining, and fiscal year carryover reporting. Responsibilities: Strong analytical, communication, computer skills and problem-solving skills.

Utilize advanced skillsets in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel and Word Familiarity with SAP and Oil and Gas Operations highly desired Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Manage planner/scheduler and Cost Tracking projects for Construction and Maintenance Divisions Strong organizational skillsets and communication skillsets (verbal and written)

Attention to detail to accurately coordinate logistics, prepare/edit reports, and respond fully to requests Planning, prioritization of work, and organizational skills to ensure all administrative duties are completed High dependability and concern for others to ensure needs of others are met Ability to keep neat and accurate records Understanding of Importance of Safe Work Practices Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or similar discipline highly preferred 1-3 years of Oil & Gas Planner/Scheduler experience preferred; Previous Oil & Gas Administrative/Invoicing/work order and reporting experience required Advanced Microsoft Office
