at Point of Delivery Quarterly Inventory Dock Master. Responsible for a high standard of cleanliness on dock Consistently seeks new products for Fall Line Works to reduce beverage inventory Maintains cleanliness and organization of storerooms Reports to Executive Chef with dotted line to Director of Finance.
Communicates with all departments and assists with their needs for product sourcing Coordinates all efforts towards cost control for food and beverage. Beverage Liaison with beverage representatives and DOO to get new products and allocated products Work with the beverage representatives to get deals on products on sale Work with representatives and DOO to plan activations throughout the year Schedule will range from Monday - Saturday depending on business demands.
Shift will start at 7am or 8am. The starting salary for this position is $56,800 annually. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
