As a CNC Machinist, you will set up, and operate CNC machines from brands like Mazak, Mori, DMG, and Doosan, to produce precision parts. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in machining, be adept at interpreting technical drawings, and have a passion for
producing exceptional components. The hours for this position in our year-round climate control shop are 2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various machining operations, such as turning, milling, drilling, or grinding.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Edit G-code at the machine as needed. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards. Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, QA, and production staff, to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production processes. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant machining coursework preferred but not required. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Exposure to G-code for making edits and adjustments at the machine Ability to use precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify part dimensions. Solid understanding of machining principles, cutting tools, and feeds and speeds optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve machining issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A great attitude, work ethic, and willingness to work the 2nd shift (afternoon/evening shift) with occasional overtime as needed.
