Works closely with Supply Chain to monitor purchase order receipts and to prioritize the expediting of materials and services to meet deliverables. Chases overdue PO receipts and communicates updates internally as required. Maintains computer system information to provide all personnel
with accurate pricing and lead-times for parts; current Vendor contacts, terms, and other required information fields. Responsible for processing supplier nonconformities and determining best method of reimbursement.
