Studies production schedules and assigns employees as required to meet production schedules. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Calculates time card totals and production records. Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials. Sets up machines and equipment. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises employees in the plant. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities
