Manages the incoming material control program. Manages the QA Hold program of raw materials, production rejects, and customer returns. Assists in investigating and resolving customer complaints. Conducts Root Cause Analysis for quality or food safety deviations. Writes corrective action plans for RCA and deviations. Monitors the sanitation program. Monitors laboratory activities and supplies. Attends all company and department required trainings. Laboratory Supervision and scheduling of laboratory personnel. Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
You are best suited for the role if you have. Bachelor's degree in a science-based area of study and a minimum of 3-years of supervisory level experience, leading others, preferred. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices. Possesses a working knowledge of sanitation systems, techniques and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Possesses understanding of the basics of change management. Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
