your benefit of being able to plan around 3 day weekends! WHAT DOES THIS ROLE LOOK LIKE? As a member of the Far Bank production team, you play an integral part in how each Sage Fly rod is assembled. Coming onboard you will work with experienced trainers to teach you techniques and provide you with instructions on how to wrap and tie guides as well as apply epoxy coatings for the end stage rod production process.
All our rods are handmade which means that each rod is uniquely different from the next, thus gives you the privilege of knowing that the final product has your seal of quality and approval before being sold to the lucky angler. Interaction and communication within the production
