Job Description We are looking for experienced Solar Electric (PV) Installation Technicians to join our team! The Installation Technician is responsible for the assembly, construction, and commissioning of Solar Electric panels, electric equipment, and energy storage batteries. With your experience, you will lead and organize PV installation crew team
and run an efficient crew to be able to meet job completion deadline. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite Complete installations in a timely manner, leaving a clean and orderly work area Train new technicians and detect and mitigate any hazards associated with installation Collect payment and fill out paperwork properly Complete customer orientation and complete all job paperwork Qualifications Ability to read plans and layout system as designed on roof Ability to work Saturdays Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Desire to exceed customer's expectations Clean DMV record and Driver's license required Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 lbs Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Vacations Paid Holidays 401K with Employer Match Job Type: Full-time Year-round work Paid training
