Assemble part kits, and minor assembles as required. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Run needed programs from system to produce shipping labels. Enter into system needed data for material receipts, shipments, and material transfers. Load and unload trucks via cranes, lift trucks, or other means in a safe manner Move raw materials as required from stock areas to production areas Enter needed data into various shipping
systems including UPS, Fed-X, and commercial trucking B/L. Select correct parts from stock per shop orders. Enter quantities and location of parts into system Take correct inventory of parts Setup saw machine and operate Inspect and measure workpieces to verify conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as scales, rulers, calipers, micrometers, and test plates and gages.
Maintain an orderly, clean and safe work area. Complete necessary paperwork for time keeping, inventory, and production status Handle material in a safe manner in movement to and from proper storage locations Train all employees assigned for training. JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to
stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor; exert 20-50 lbs.
of force occasionally, exert 10-35 lbs. of force frequently, exert up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
