Positions and Job Duties: Dishwasher: Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish-machines and sinks. Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift. Properly

washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers. Change's water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by Eco Lab.

Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries. Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift. Assists in maintaining the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves, including monthly inventory. Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties. Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed. Prep Cook Duties: Completing all tasks, in order,

on the prep list from the Cook and Kitchen Supervisor. Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves.

Washing, chopping and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables and meats. Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients. Parboiling food, reducing sauces and starting first steps in various dishes. Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils and cookware, taking out the trash and sanitizing kitchen. Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards.   Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply. Line Runner Duties: Line Runners organize buffet items, break down and clean buffets, and refill foods on the buffet as necessary.

Stock food service buffets. Resupply napkins, cutlery, dishes, and condiments on food service stations as needed during meal service. Line Runners assist with meal prep, making and serving items such as salads, in-house dressings, and preparing coffee. Assist in leaning all dining, food service, and kitchen areas before, during, and after meal service. At all times, follow all food safety standards and restaurant sanitation regulations. This includes washing hands, emptying trash, and cleaning dining areas.

Answer customer questions and make menu suggestions. Front of House: Assisting guests with questions. Sweeping and mopping all public area floors and stairs, throughout the day. Vacuuming carpet floors as needed. Clean all glass (windows, mirrors, etc. ). Inside and outside as needed. Emptying the trash and replacing the bag in all public areas. Restroom cleaned and disinfected minimum twice a day. Toilets cleaned and disinfected daily. Replacing toilet paper, paper towels, soaps and hand sanitizers when needed. Keep all restrooms in orderly condition throughout the day. Clean staff bathrooms daily.

Clean, disinfect, and sweep area where toasters are located, counter where teas and coffee are served. Keep public refrigerators clean and organized. Sanitizing dining room tables and chairs between mealtimes. Dusting and cleaning walls, windowsills and ledges throughout the entire building regularly. Sanitize all public areas. Clean vacuum conference room when guest's checkout. Vacuum OE offices once a week and empty trash cans. Cleaning any spills or accidents in public areas. Cook: Kitchen Supervisor experience is preferred for our cook position along with bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy. Prepares foods to the specifications of predetermined menu. Adjusts food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns. Assists in managing staff in the kitchen Acts as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service. Season's food according to recipes. Request's ingredients and spices as needed from Kitchen Supervisor or Director of F&B. Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer. Assists other cooks during the food assembly process Estimates expected food consumption and organized preparation Handles and cook's animal meat based on recipes.

Prepares any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins Cleans up after meal services Alters dishes based on guest food needs. Qualification Standards: No experience needed; we will train. Must be able to work irregular hours under heavy stress/pressure during peak times Must have time management skills Must be able to communicate clearly Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances up to 30 feet Requires frequent reaching, bending, pushing and pulling Ability to walk up and downstairs Ability to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on both high and low shelves.

Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold and odors.
