Qualifications High school education or equivalent and 1-2 years of general business operations or customer service experience Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications Outstanding administrative proficiency and customer service skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage several demands at one time Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and produce accurate results Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to interact with
a variety of internal and external customers, and within all levels of an organization Willing to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
