cleaning machines, dies, molds, work area, or workpieces. Read level of materials in tanks or drum and replenish as necessary. Position, adjust, and secure molds and die on plates, fixtures, or automatic feeding. Mechanisms, manually or using hoists. Read job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions and to plan operational sequences.
Observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions and communicate to Production Manager. Start machines to engage feeding, cooling, and lubricating mechanisms (frekote). Strip bladder or glove from mold by hand after curing. Do beading step if producing a glove product after precure. Clean molds
for next production cycle. Inspect workpieces for defects, and measure workpieces to determine accuracy of machine operation, using rules, templates, or other measuring instruments.
Cleans and maintains organized the mixing area. Cleans and maintains the dipping tanks. Follows safety procedures, including wearing safety goggles, gloves, boots, and other requirements as applicable This is a full time opportunity The ideal candidate will have: Machine operating experience from manufacture Able to meet customers hiring criteria High School Diploma or GED Operation and Control - Controlling operations of equipment or systems. Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance
on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
(clean machine) Troubleshooting - Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it. Operation Monitoring - Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools. Quality Control Analysis - Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance. Pay rate $19.00-21.75/hrPay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
