will coordinate work, manage implements and/or performs service for new equipment installation, equipment, or repairs for Audio-Visual. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Audio/ Visual Systems Technician will support, monitor, test and troubleshoot software and hardware for AV solutions products and achieve the following: The ability to interpret and apply blueprints, plans, and specifications The ability to program Crestron, Extron and other Audio Visual systems Organize, manage and lead technical system design discussions Develop system integration plans using multiple vendor products Work directly with end users, IT and Audio Visual departments Must have a commitment to excellence
Must be self-motivated, organized, have excellent communication skills, be able to take direction, work as a team player and be ready to perform any function deemed necessary for the accomplishment of the objectives of Envelopi Q Requirements: CTSI Certification minimum, completion of vendor product training Minimum 6 years' experience in industry Experience with micro-processor based systems, PC/server based systems, data networking Additional industry certifications such as Crestron/Extron, BICSI, EST, and RCDD a plus High School diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability Knowledge and Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with ability
