rockstar to join the team and help lead our efforts as a Manufacturing Technician on a Weekend Shift 7am - 7pm. This position has a pay range of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour. You will be responsible for starting, setting up, and operating production equipment, and assisting in executing daily Manufacturing Operations Plan activities.
This includes basic troubleshooting, machine, and automated cell start-ups, mold/material changeovers, product packaging, quality checks, and helping ensure that our automated production facility runs as many good parts as possible. The right candidate for this role will have: Start-up machines and/or automated work cells Perform basic troubleshooting and make
necessary repairs Package, label, and palletize finished goods per customer specifications Perform established daily machine auditing activities Input daily shift specific key performance indicator data and communications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure all procedures and processes are followed and work is documented on appropriate documents Experience in manufacturing, molding presses, plastics, or silicone manufacturing Experience operating a forklift, hand and power tools, and other production-oriented equipment Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 13485 documentation requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills An analytical approach, with strong problem-solving
