Conducts first part inspections on all parts that are started during their shift. Properly handles parts to avoid damage to the product. Sets up and operates hand tools and fixtures in a safe and efficient manner. Returns tools, materials,
molds and other equipment to their proper storage areas when not in use. Assembler Transport product into and out of work area Perform visual inspection of every product Use hand tools to install components and repair quality defects Use fixtures or templates to apply decals and labels Package completed product Complete essential responsibilities on time and with a minimum of errors Professional interaction with staff, suppliers, and customers Foamer Ability to operate all stations of the foaming area Perform preparation steps to all product prior to foaming Communicate effectively with trimmers and assemblers to ensure successful transition of product Successful completion of auto drill station,
