POSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for ensuring accurate inventory of all raw and finish goods, accurately count and adjust locations using count systems within our operating system, utilize RF equipment as well as lift truck equipment to successfully verify location accuracy and adjust
counts accordingly. (Hours 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM Monday Night through Saturday Morning) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Moving controls, devices, and levers to safely drive standing forklift and order picker to conduct inventory checks on upper locations.
Ability to climb and use mobile ladder device to assist counting locations. Ability to Ability to use system resources to build key performance indicators, track, and report out to show count variances and inventory position. Working and coordinating with supervisors, managers, and employees regarding inventory control processes - including safety, accuracy, and productivity Performing routine pre-inspections and post-inspections to ensure suitable
working conditions of forklift Reporting to supervisor regarding any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards Cleaning work area as directed Completing forklift operator certification provided by the industry annually Performing other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor POSITION REQUIREMENTS Excellent teamwork skills Self-motivated to achieve maximum results Ability to read labels and numbers Ability to operate in high speed and fast-paced environment Able to follow instructions as directed by Supervisor and Manager Able to work with minimal supervision Able to work under pressure Ability to operate with a high level of attention to detail Must perform work with a sense of urgency Use and operate sit and stand forklift in safe manner Ability to accurately use Sage and Excel programs Ability to identify and correct unsafe practices.

Major Responsibilities/Activities Induct orders on the automated pick carts following light assignments and shipping invoices. Accurately pick orders according to product assignment on automated pick cart, scan item verifying lot and accuracy, review item during pick process auditing for quality, follow light assignment on automated cart to place in the correct customer shipping container, complete all picks for each automated cart assigned, move to the next meeting point to begin picking another automated cart.
Accurately pack product for shipment, placing orders in a safe manner for successful delivery.
Add in necessary packing material, over wraps and postcards, properly tape box, place shipment label, load box on conveyor takeaway for end of line loading. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High School diploma or GED preferred Manual dexterity to pick and pack single items and case lots Ability to lift 50 lbs. multiple times daily Ability to push 50 lbs. from pack station to shipping conveyor multiple times daily Able to stand or walk for long periods of time up to 12 hours a day Expected to perform all inducting, picking, and packing jobs to ensure proper job rotation and minimize repetitive motion Attention to detail Attendance goal of 2 or less unscheduled absences a year.
