Act as a liaison between clients and any necessary departments including catering, housekeeping, facilities, etc. Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended. Continually develop solutions to operational and logistical challenges. Provide exceptional customer service with a team player attitude. Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism. Multitask and prioritize

as necessary to meet customer needs. Represent COTA with integrity and dedication. Qualifications for Day of Coordinator: 2+ years of previous customer service experience.

Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to make timely and sound decisions affecting client's track experience. Exemplify strong organizational skills with ability to problem solve and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued. Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
