Your Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: A diligent shop foreman
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will supervise all direct personnel, oversee the management and maintenance of equipment, and ensure the efficiency of operations.
You will also be responsible for managing inventory and enforcing safety regulations. To ensure success as a shop foreman, you should be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch shop foreman should be able to anticipate and address hindrances to operational efficiency and foster a cohesive team environment. This position requires an employee who is self-motivated and highly driven with the ability to manage a large crew, varied array
