Schedule This position regularly requires a minimum 25-30 hrs per week. Work hours vary depending on orders placed but can be discussed. Shifts range from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and are typically 6-8hrs a day. We are seeking Supervisors with WEEKDAY availability.
Key Responsibilities Maintain all operations and make sure they are up to standard when the manager is not present Remains calm during stressful or unexpected situations to keep standard operations running smoothly and helping team members adjust to the situation Communicates clearly and effectively with the manager to ensure smooth transitions and prevent miscommunication Creates a positive team environment by paying attention
to changes or difficulties team members may be experiencing. Assists team members to solve problems and increase efficiency in their performance Executes closing duties, opening duties, and general bakery operations and is consistent with punctuality and attendance on scheduled shifts Ensures all orders and inventory are received and organized accordingly Follows all health, safety, and sanitation procedures and ensure all team members are following those procedures Perform other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient ability with technology/ computer systems (i.
e. Excel, attendance system, ordering system, etc) Able to manage bakery operations independently
