Position Overview: As the Learning & Development Manager, you will play a critical role in building a world class development function and industry leading development programs.
You will help build plans and programs that contribute to learning and development for all levels of team members. You will be operating in both a design and execution capacity to help formulate ideas and strategies, and ensure they get implemented. You will

Learning and Development In partnership with the Sr. Director of TA and Development, design and develop innovative talent development programs to support team members across all experience levels that align with the business needs, support the continuous growth of team members, and help attract and retain top talent. Lead collaborative needs analysis to identify and address knowledge, skills, and behavior gaps across the organization and within functional
teams. Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules, utilizing a variety of learning methods and technologies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the industry and company requirements. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, backssments, and other evaluation methods, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed. Support the coordination and delivery of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training. Stay up to date with emerging trends, best practices, and changes with our industry, incorporating relevant knowledge into training programs.
Manage vendors to support the delivery of learning solutions, when necessary. Leadership Development Implement a leadership behavior framework and supporting programs focused on leadership skills, behaviors, and decision making. Design and deliver learning interventions as required, to include 1-1 and group coaching, and facilitation for people managers. Work closely with HRBPs and Senior Leaders to review and deliver leadership development program(s) to support career pathways and succession planning. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Support inclusion training and education for all team members.
Design, execute and support inclusion strategies and programs to include awareness and recognition programs, employee resource groups, and other important programs. Compliance & System Administration Monitor and track timely completion of compliance training requirements. Partner with legal and HRBP team to regularly review and adjust compliance training requirements to align with evolving legal landscape. Act as a system expert and administrator for LMS and supplemental training platforms. Required Qualifications Proven experience developing and delivering learning and development programs, preferably in the technical or Saa S industry.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and training evaluation techniques. Strong project, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Previous experience with and a passion for building Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training and programs. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or similar field preferred.

Maintain an awareness of inventory/stocking conditions; note any discrepancies in inventory. Schedule daily, weekly and monthly price changes by updating shelf tags and promotional signs.
Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process. Ensure proper temperatures are maintained in cases and coolers temperature logs kept. Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management. Practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notify appropriate personnel of any items in need of repair. Notify management of customer or employee accidents. Report all safety risk, or issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft or fraud.
