A Day in the Life of a Restaurant Shift Manager As a part of the Management Team, you will work a variety of job stations in the restaurant, such as front counter, drive thru, food production line and
prep station. Our Shift Managers directly supervise the operation of the restaurant and employees during their shift to ensure specific quality standards are maintained.
Shift Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety standards and the safety and security of the restaurant and its employees.
