Financial Officer. Essential functions include but are not limited to the following: Manages phone calls, mail and e-mail for CFO Manages CFO calendar by scheduling and confirming appointments and arranging meeting rooms Prepares agendas and presentations, as necessary, for Executive meetings, Board of Director meetings, Market Partner meetings, Investor Relations meetings, and any other CFO-required topics Manages all CFO travel, ground transportation, registrations, dinner arrangements, meetings on-site, expense reports, etc.
Procures information necessary for the CFO's office and maintains filing (to include electronic systems) Maintains CFO department expense tracking Liaison to Senior Staff, Board of Directors, vendors, and other outside relationships including public/elected officials Closely monitors deadlines for contracts, responses and follow up Handles, coordinates, prioritizes and executes everything for the CFO professionally and personally at their discretion Will come in contact with confidential company information, trade secrets, and intangible assets - confidentiality and professional discretion are a must for this position Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
