EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from an accredited professional school of nursing. Valid RN licensure
within the State of Michigan. Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing is preferred. Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area is preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum eight (8) years of experience in health condition management, which must include adult condition management. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
