help defend clients in a wide range of matters, including general liability, premises liability, trucking and auto accidents, and product liability cases.
We will consider applicants who live outside of the Austin area and can work remotely. For litigators, we prefer at least five years of experience in our practice areas.
You will be responsible for all aspects of your cases, including discovery, motion practice, and trials. If you are more experienced, confident attorney, you will have the opportunity to go up against other very accomplished attorneys in very high-risk cases. If you are less experienced, you will have the opportunity to develop and hone your skills by taking
depositions, attending hearings, dealing directly with clients, and executing discovery plans on cases. You'll have the opportunity and encouragement to develop your skills to their fullest, assuming complete responsibility for handling cases from start to end with minimal supervision.
For briefing attorneys, we prefer at least five years of experience in our practice areas, but we are open to experience in other areas. We are a small, progressive law firm. We work hard but have a laid-back and informal firm culture. Compensation is competitive in the market, based on your skills and experience. We are open to independent contractor positions which provide maximum flexibility for the
