help protect the health and safety of the citizens of Indiana by providing quality, efficient service to all professional licensees, applicants, and the public.
The fundamental purpose of this position is to provide legal support to the boards and commissions housed under the Professional Licensing Agency. This position is responsible for work-related legal services to the executive director and all agency personnel. Role Overview: The Associate General Counsel for IPLA will advise and provide legal support to agency staff on various programs and legal areas. You will research, interpret, and
provide legal advice in relation to laws, rules, and legal opinions pertaining to agency operations.
Salary Statement : The salary for this position traditionally starts at $67,314 with 1-5 years of experience, or $85,020 with 5+ years of experience but may be greater commensurate with education and work experience.
