The successful candidate must be an attorney licensed to practice before California's State and Federal Courts, should possess 7 + years of demonstrated success in litigating at trial on a wide range of California tort matters, and should possess the professional stature and business acumen needed to be a productive member of the firm.
The successful candidate should also possess: Enthusiasm and aptitude for trying cases to a jury, with demonstrated successful trial experience preferred Deep knowledge of California State and Federal Court procedural law, pleading, discovery, motion practice and pretrial techniques and strategies Advanced oral and written advocacy skills, with a demonstrated
track record of summary judgment and/or appellate success. Cutting edge knowledge of the substantive law applicable to California tort defense litigation, with analytical skills needed to address complex legal issues.
Proficiency in effectively and strategically communicating with clients, Claim Department customers and law firm colleagues regarding litigated matters.
