Admission to the New York Bar is a mandatory requirement. Job Duties: Handle employment litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and conducting discovery procedures. Provide legal counsel on employment-related matters to clients and internal stakeholders. Research and analyze legal issues about employment law, keeping abreast of relevant precedents and developments. Collaborate with
other attorneys and support staff on case strategy and client representation. Assist in the negotiation and drafting of employment-related agreements and contracts.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling. Preferred experience in traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional matters.
