to resolve legal related issues- Draft correspondence, edit, and file pleading with State and Federal courts- Manage caseload and conduct research- Respond to inquiries from current clients- Ability to manage multiple projects under stress and strict deadlines Job Requirements: - Knowledge of family-based petitions and Removal Proceedings (42B, 42A, AOS, Asylum, Bonds)- Experience with USCIS, EOIR, and criminal court- Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail- Bilingual: Fluent in both English & Spanish (speaking, reading and writing), required applicants will be tested for proficiency.
