Duties: Conducting thorough research in the field of Chemistry to support patent prosecution activities. Collaborating with inventors and legal teams to understand and articulate technical aspects of inventions. Drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications focusing on medicinal chemistry, small molecules, medicals, synthetic methods, polymer science, and drug discovery. Analyzing and responding
to office actions from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and international patent offices. Keeping abreast of developments in patent law and relevant scientific advancements.
Requirements:0-3 years of patent prosecution experience. Advanced degree, preferably a Ph. D. in Chemistry. Strong academic credentials with a proven track record of excellence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education: Ph. D. in Chemistry or a related field. Certifications: Patent Bar admission is preferred Skills: In-depth knowledge of Chemistry with a focus on medicinal chemistry, small molecules, medicals, synthetic methods, polymer science, and drug discovery. Proficiency
in conducting patent searches and analyzing prior art. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
