Duties: Handle pre-trial proceedings, discovery, motion practice, court conferences, and depositions. Draft legal documents, including bill of particulars, pleadings, discovery motions, and appellate briefs.

Manage the in-take of contract requests and conduct client interviews related to contracts. Perform legal research to support case strategies. Manage and settle disputes effectively.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Apprise partners of material developments and matters on a timely basis. Exercise sound business and legal judgment in decision-making. Demonstrate leadership skills in the support of a collaborative team environment. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of New York litigation experience. Member in good standing of the New York State Bar. Education: Juris Doctor (J. D. ) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the New York State

Bar. Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
