RESPONSIBILITIES Drafting of motions, briefs, and memorandums of law Conducting legal research Responding to relevant discovery related requests and motion practice Maintaining responsibility for all aspects of respective contested cases, including devising legal strategies and executing on legal strategies Completing initial review of documents related to litigated cases Oversee support staff and review their work REQUIREMENTS 2-5+ years of experience independently handling contested motion practice APPLICANT SKILLS Superior writing, legal research, and analytic skills
Ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly and proficiently Attention to detail and organization Able to manage a heavy workload LOCATION This position is located in New York as full remote.
