with patent examiners and attorneys during the patent prosecution process. Stay updated on current developments in biotech, molecular biology, and related fields to enhance patent expertise.
Provide legal advice and support to clients regarding patent strategies, infringement matters, and portfolio management. Requirements: Ph. D. in biochemistry, molecular biology, or immunology. Strong academic credentials with a focus on biotech-related subjects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, preferably in molecular biology, immunology, immunooncology, genetics, or agricultural biotechnology. Knowledge of patent laws
