Duties: Conduct prior art searches and analyze technical literature to support patentability backssments. Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Collaborate with inventors, attorneys, and other professionals to gather necessary information for patent application preparation. Analyze and respond to office actions,
rejections, and other communications from the USPTO. Requirements:3-5 years of patent prosecution experience. Advanced degree, preferably a Ph. D. in Chemistry. Strong academic credentials.
Education: Advanced degree (Ph. D. ) in Chemistry. Certifications: Patent Agent registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is preferred.Skills: Proficient in conducting prior art searches and analyzing technical literature.
