Job Overview: The Banking and Finance Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing and overseeing low-income housing and/or tax credit-based lending transactions. This includes drafting and negotiating complex loan documentation, reviewing and negotiating bond, government, and other subsidy financing documents, and thoroughly examining due diligence materials. Solid understanding of the interests of various parties in such transactions. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong

Strong academic and professional credentials. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
